Tidbits

So it's been a month, huh? Sorry about that. Stuff happens, you know. Pesky things like work, kids, and crippling depression get in the way. I promise I'll try to do better. I just don't have a real post in me right now, though, so I'll just give you a few random thoughts that are floating around in my head.

R is getting close to six months old already, and I can't believe it. I swear he is the happiest kid I've ever met. Last week, he had a pretty high fever and obviously didn't feel well, but he still spent our time together at home being fun and flirty and charming (for the most part). We went to the doctor the next day and found out he had an ear infection. Even the doctor commented on how happy he was for a sick kid.

W's newest trick is jumping. Not only is he jumping around every chance he gets, but he's also ramped up the amount of time he spends jumping off of things.

I decided to make the boys go as matching tigers this Halloween. It's lame, but I still kinda love dressing them alike.

My mom is amazing. She came up today to help us watch the kids so we could get some serious house cleaning done before my BFF comes to visit/we have W's birthday party next weekend. She did so much work. I never would have gotten that much done on my own. She also made me realize that I want to hire live-in help.

I'm excited for W's birthday party next weekend, but I'm not at all prepared for it.

I'd write more, but the baby is screaming...my boobs are needed elsewhere.
